    FOB works perfectly…but do not be deterred by their website stating that: SORRY, THERE ARE NO KEYLESS ENTRY REMOTE SELF-PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS VEHICLE. I found a YouTube video from Melnick Automotive that contained instructions for me to self-program my 2011 Subaru Forester FOB. The process worked great!

    So….dear hubby lost his keys while fishing along a stream and I decided to research a bit and call around to see what the cost would be to replace his key. I discovered North Coast Keyless and checked with a local locksmith and they said they could program it if we got a key and it would save substantially.
