Keyless Entry Remote Fob Programming
Keyless entry remotes that can be self-programmed to your vehicle will have free step-by-step programming instructions included on our website for each vehicle model year.
If your vehicle requires professional programming by an Automotive Locksmith or Dealership, no programming instructions will be included with your purchase and it will be clearly stated on the vehicle model year programming page so that you will know for sure. When special diagnostic equipment is required, we always recommend that you contact a local Automotive Locksmith for this support. They are generally more helpful, won’t refuse service and charge less than a Dealership for this service.

Customer Guarantee & Product Warranty
Our 30 Day No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee and 90 Day Repair or Replace Product Warranty are both clearly outlined in our NorthCoast Commitment and Shipping & Returns pages. NorthCoast Keyless works with each and every Customer to determine eligibility for either the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee or 90 Day Repair or Replace Warranty. Each claim must meet the eligibility requirements for either and these requirements are clearly outlined on our website.
NorthCoast Keyless reserves the right to accept or deny any replacement or refund of any product per our outlined policies. All returns are inspected to ensure they are received in the same condition that they were sent, and there are never any restocking fees for appropriately returned items. However, refund adjustments may be made up to and including the cost of the item if, after inspection, we find that a returned item is not in the condition in which it was originally shipped by NorthCoast Keyless (including cases, covers, blanks keys and electronics). We test all items upon original shipment and Customer return and may deny any full or partial refund request if an item comes back altered or damaged. If a return is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the Customer. Additionally, return shipping costs are not refundable if the reason for return falls under the Return Limitations section of our Shipping & Returns page.
Refunds cannot be made for items claimed under our 90 Day Product Warranty. Warranty items are eligible for exchanges only. Each Customer must explain the symptoms of the defect when returning any item under the 90 Day Warranty Policy, as well as receive Return Authorization from a NorthCoast Keyless Representative.
NorthCoast Keyless shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the improper use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if NorthCoast Keyless has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NorthCoast Keyless, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your internet account.

NorthCoast Keyless shall not be held liable for damage or loss due to your use of any programming procedures or advice used from this website. Keyless Entry Remotes & Emergency Keys
In order to provide our Customers with the lowest prices and best value on high quality keyless entry remote fobs in the market, we source our products from various suppliers and offer both high quality OEM electronic New and Used keyless entry remote fobs. We reserve the right, depending on availability, to substitute remotes listed on our site as “OEM Electronic” with remotes containing original factory OEM electronics (that we purchase direct from the Factory) and a brand new replacement shells. All remotes sold by NorthCoast Keyless are 100% Guaranteed high quality genuine factory OEM electronic. Unlike the cheap “replacement” key fobs being sold by some of our competitors, most OEM remotes are produced to last for the lifetime of your vehicle. We ensure that all of the remotes we sell, no matter the condition, will work perfectly for the long run.
All emergency keys that require a transponder chip will be sold with the compatible transponder chip that matches the vehicle’s original, factory OEM key in form, fit and function. Unless otherwise stated, emergency keys are provided free-of-charge and are aftermarket. We reserve the right to send a similar product should the free product pictured in the listing become unavailable in time to deliver your order.
Remote Fob Batteries
All keyless entry remote fobs sold by NorthCoast Keyless include batteries. We also sell replacement batteries and recommend purchasing one of our low cost batteries as a spare for additional long-term savings. Each remote’s compatible battery is listed on the product attributes section of each product page.
It is important to note that the electronics for the keyless entry remotes are operating on a simple 3-Volt (3V) coin cell lithium battery. USPS tracking and scanning methods may deplete the strength of the battery during shipping. If your remote only works within very close proximity to the vehicle, within 90 Days of Customer product receipt, a simple replacement of the battery may solve your issue.
