I already had a key so I just had to program the fob. Worked on my 2nd try. No need to call a locksmith. 🇨🇦

The key was nearly 100% identical to my OEM key (the only difference was that the panic button had red text), and looked only lightly used. I had it cut/programmed by a dealer and I saved $140 as compared to what the dealer was offering a new key for.

This Mazda3 keyfob is exactly like one that came with my car. I took it to a professional locksmith, who programmed it. It now works perfectly.

The key fobI purchased from North Coast for $40 would have cost $180 at my Mazda dealer if Mazda still sold key fobs for cars as old as mine (2007). Programming and marching the key = required. My dealer did that free since they didn’t carry the key fob. North Coast is quite reputable.

I’ve tried several “cheap” non OEM keys for my Mazda 6 2011 over the past 3 years. All seem to only last 6 months and then intermittently work. No idea how that’s possible but it’s been true for over 3 keys so far. My last “cheap” buy didn’t operate the trunk which was highly annoying.
Northcoast Keyless advertise being a good quality key for an affordable price so I have them a go. As of 1 month, this key is working great, with all key functions working as expected. I didn’t need a dealer to program this, there’s a ton of videos on how to program the key yourself (takes 5 minutes).

Looks and works great, and fast shipping. Even though it does everything it is supposed to, the dealership says it’s not the right key, and the little red key light is on in the car. Not sure how it can be the wrong key and still work perfectly, but I’m happy regardless!

Super fast service and much cheaper than dealer for OEM key. You still have to pay a locksmith to program the key for this car but even with that cost it is still cheaper ($165 total vs $400 for dealer).

I purchased this Fob for my 2019 Mazda CX-5 after the dealer wanted to charge me nearly $600 for a second key. Easy order, fast delivery, and all the details on the site were accurate. Took the fob to a locksmith for programming and it works perfectly – for a small fraction of the dealer’s cost.
