Was shipped to me fast. Upon looking at the unit the emergency key would not stay locked into the FOB, seemed to be missing the locking mechanism. I emailed NorthCoast and a quick reply from them the next day said they would send me out a new case (new case arrived, simply opened it like I was changing the battery and moved the circuit board over to the new case. Their website recommended my local ACE hardware to get it programmed. They programmed the key no problem and cut the emergency key and the extra one I bought all for $26. Everything is working great.
