    The Key Fob was promptly delivered and appeared as advertised; “gently used”, but actually looked new. Do to no fault of NC Keyless the Infiniti Dealer “claimed” they were NOT able to program the key after three (3) attempts. I was forced to buy their key fob at nearly 6X the NCK price plus pay $200 to program and cut the hard key. I have all the confidence that the NCK key was fine and can only suspect the Dealer just wanted to sell me their key at an inflated price and discourage others from buying online.
    If at all possible, I would recommend NCK offer key programming also. This would eliminate the Dealers/others and greatly enhance your business.
    Thanks again, for offering a value option, it just didn’t work for me. But, true to NCK’s guarantee, they fully reimbursed me for my order. I only paid for return shipping.
