The key / fob was the correct key for my 2013 Ridgeline. I took it to a local automotive locksmith and for about $60 or $70 they programmed the key and the truck. to work together. This was more complex than I originally thought as programming the door locks and the engine computer are different and both need to be done for full functionality. I saved between $50 and $75 by going this route. One thing I didn’t catch is that the key comes with a battery and I didn’t need to order a separate battery. Nonetheless…100% satisfied.
