  1. Omar Abuhussein says:

I want to buy the 2008 Grand Caravan key but I only have one working key. Is there a way I can program it without the second working Key?

  2. Adam's Cruz says:

I only have one working remote key. That is precisely why I order a new one from you guys, this procedure needs at least two working keys to be able to complete the pro gaming. The reason I ordered this new key is because one of my old ones is not working.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

  3. James says:

What if a vehicle owner only has a single key? How do they program a new key if there is no second key to use as your prescribed instructions??? I bought an older 08 dodge grand caravan that only has a single key. How can I program a new key for it if I decide to order one, but don’t have the required second key?

  4. James pierce says:

So I bought two new key fa s for 08 cars an I did the put the 1st faub in for 3-15 seconds pull it out insert 2nd working faub and at 1st the lite blinked I put new fau. In and nothing. Now when I put the first and second key fob in to start the programming process that light doesn’t blink but if I stick the new fobs in the light will start blinking in program mode is doing the opposite and it doesn’t do anything the new fobs don’t work at all what can I do

    • Lewis Hooker says:

I saw on another site that these instructions only work with the original ignition module.

There was a recall a few years ago. My 08 Grand Caravan was part of the recall. I got a new ignition module and two new programmed key fobs.

The other site said that these do-it-yourself instructions won’t work if the recall was performed on your vehicle. I have some new aftermarket keys, and I cannot program them myself.

After I insert the second working key, nothing happens – no lights, no chime, nothing.

You will need a dealer or automotive locksmith to program your keys, whether you have two working keys or not.

  5. Steven says:
