Good question…I am the second owner of a 1998 Subaru Legacy Outback that dealer gave me two fobs when I bought the car..they have both died of old age (I guess). I bought a replacement on eBay and in following the instructions here, I get to Step 4 but the door locks never cycle LOCK/UNLOCK….any suggestions? Thank you.
